Dismissal changes

All afternoon dismissal changes go through the KidAccount app, one-time or recurring (for example, car rider to bus rider). Same-day changes must be in by 1:00 PM.

Late sign-in

Students arriving after 8:30 AM sign in at the iPad kiosk in the Front Office with their Student ID badge.

Early check-out

A parent or authorized person signs the student out at the Front Office kiosk and scans their driver's license. For safety, no early check-outs from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM for any reason.

Car line

Display your student's Dismissal Sign on the dashboard so staff can scan the barcode. Without the sign, show a valid photo ID.

Bus riders

Drivers scan each student's ID badge at boarding. Students need their badge ready every afternoon.

Parents must notify the school office whenever a child will be absent. Use the online absence form, or report it through KidAccount.

• Fees are due on the 1st; $25 late fee after the 3rd.
• Pickup is at the Front Office kiosk with your four-digit PIN.
• Only people on the authorized pickup list, no siblings under 18.
• KHA grant (free) afternoon spots are full for 2026–27; a waiting list is open.

Breakfast and lunch are free for every student in 2026–27 through the federal Community Eligibility Provision. No application or payment needed.

Every bus rider must be registered each school year, one form per student. Seats are first come, first served and a request doesn't guarantee a spot.
